Trinity Square Video Trailer Mentoring Project

Would you be interested in reviewing, choosing, and digitizing clips and stills from films previously screened at the festival, editing and outputting them (hard drive to tape) to create a 1 - 2 minute trailer for Mpenzi: Black Women's International Film and Video Festival?

Young Black women, Black Trans and Intersexed individuals are encouraged to apply.

Some filmmaking skills are preferred but not necessary.

The Trinity Square Video Trailer Mentoring Project is sponsored by TSV, which is an artist-run centre that has been providing independent artist and community organizations with video production and post production support and services since 1971. TSV and Mpenzi have jointly created an opportunity for a young Black woman, Black Trans or Intersexed person to be mentored and work with a Black woman Editor.

The benefits for a possible aspiring editor includes:
. 1 year individual TSV membership valued at $150.00;
. 1 Final Cut Pro or Start to Finish Workshop (editing) valued at $195.00;
. producer credit on the trailer;
. one BETA NTSC copy of the final trailer;
